Well, Nakatsu sees Shuichi as a similar person to himself. Energetic, outgoing, a complete spaz.......Even though he hasn't had a lot of interaction with Shuichi yet, he can tell he's a pretty fun guy who he would enjoy hanging out/goofing around with. Maybe a prank-buddy? Either way, whenever he does run into Shuichi, Nakatsu knows he's in for an enjoyable conversation that involves complete retardation and spaz on his part. Seeing as how their names and personalities are the same, he may seek to find the differences, the individual strengths and weaknesses, between them. Count on random challenges from Nakatsu~ Right now he simply sees Shuichi as a nice guy and a possible friend.
