...Relationship Meme?
Okay, so, relationship meme time! Go ahead and tell me your characters, and I tell you what Nakatsu thinks, or would think, about them! Simple as that.
If you want you can return the favor, but it isn't necessary.

But he can tell that underneath it all she's prob'ly a really sweet girl. He just figures she's got a reason to push people away, but he won't let it stop him. Once he's set on making friends with someone, Nakatsu won't stop at anything to make it happen.
He doesn't really think she's anorexic. He does however see all of his actions as a way to, hopefully, get her to open up. Maybe make her laugh?
More than anything Nakatsu just wants to make friends. Both of his parents worked, and he was an only child. He ate his meals alone and now sees eating food with people as one of the greatest bonding experiences. He's just an ex-lonely child trying to help other lonely children make friends.
He likes Rin, and wants to be her friend, expect to see him bug her increasingly.

Okay, SO! Tomo! Though he had only heard about her a little from Osaka at first, upon meeting her, it instantly clicked for him. He feels like himself around her and could easily consider her a sibling, though he amy never admit it outloud. He has fun with her and thinks of her as a good friend, despite only having known hr a short while. Probably some of his happiest and most carefree moments at camp are when he is messing around and play-fighting with Tomo. Probably because they are so similar he knows her personality pretty well and could easily tap whichever of her emotions he wanted to. He knows what buttons to press to get the response he wants, because they are his buttons. Perhaps he subconsciously sees her as a braver, more self-assured version of himself. Though similar, he feels like the weaker of the two. She is an important person to him at Camp and his attachment to her will only grow.

Willow he would find very endearing and quirky. She'd probably be too smart for him to deal with some times though. He might snap at her on occasion for various reasons. Mostly due to misunderstandings or his own stupidity. He doesn't like to be confused, and she would probably confuse him.
And Christine, unfortunately, I know nothing about. Once I find out more about her, I'll comment with his opinions on her.

Sena... thinks Nakatsu is kinda crazy. Kinda like how Brock is convinced Sena has some unhealthy fixation on his "doll" (aka his Kairi-Chibi) and won't really listen to anything otherwise, Sena's gettin' the same vibes from Nakatsu from his... uh, come speak to me about your locker-room terrors and we will cry cleansing tears bit. Also, it's a bit flustering for Sena that he keeps getting pestered about joining the soccer club because "OH NOEZ he seems like a nice guy BUT FOOTBALL IS THE FREAKIN' LOVE OF MY LIFE but I can't tell him my Deep Secret and Hiruma will kill us both if he find out about this >:" STILL Sena is a total sweetheart and totally used to being pestered, so they really are bound to become friends.
Ritsuka. Ohhh, little catboy. SO Ritsuka... doesn't have a great first impression of Nakatsu |D;;. He's much slower to warm up to energetic people and really doesn't like being asked lots of question and being poked and pestered. Though considering the point I'm taking him from, he actually has more tolerance than he shows. But he still finds Nakatsu annoying. BUT we all know that Ritsuka is a secret softy, and can be successfully befriended with PERSISTENCE.

SENA~ Right now Nakatsu is having a lot of fun bothering Sena from time to time about joining the soccer team. Deep down he knows Sena will never join the soccer team, and he respects Sena's loyalty to his sport. He's mostly doing it as a way of getting to know Sena. He likes Sena and would definitely enjoy being friends with such a sweet, shy guy. Especially if it meant he had an opportunity to maybe help Sena with that. Nakatsu has a habit of involving himself with just about everyone. I can see Nakatsu, after time, coming to Sena for second opinions about stuff. Though shy, he can tell Sena is a well-grounded, pretty reasonable fellow. He respects people who have attributes he himself would like, such as patience and rationality.....Sena is like the uber opposite Nakatsu, but in a way that doesn't annoy him. He thinks Sena would be a good friend to have, and fairly soon, will start to ease out of his attempts to make Sena join his team. A turn towards normal conversations....semi-normal conversations.
Ristuka~ As for Ritsuka, Nakatsu sees the kid as waaaayyy too uptight for his own good. Out of fear for the kid's poor ovaries, he may act as a surrogate mother, warning him about his blood pressure, etc......Actually, he may come to treat Ritsuka much like a naughty pet. Spritzing him with water from a spray bottle when he does something bad? Sure! Around Ritsuka he may come to act even younger than he already does, in order to make up for Ritsuka's lack of normal kid-ness. His goal for Ritsuka? Remind him he's still a kid and that it's important he act like one.

Fran was one of the first people Nakatsu truly came to consider a friend here. Fran is always so kind to him, and is always doing and saying such nice things. Nakatsu can't even imagine that anyone could not like Fran. He sees him as kind, intelligent, patient.....he has so many qualities that Nakatsu admires. It was only natural that Nakatsu came to like him and trust him so quickly. Nakatsu would happily do any number of favors for Fran, and trusts him quite a bit. Even though he does not know all that much about Fran, he likes the Fran he knows as a person so much that there is no way that he could not trust him! At this point in time, Fran could could hurt Nakatsu's feelings quite a bit if he so chose. He sees Fran as everything he isn't and is glad to be able to be around someone like Fran. Though Nakatsu may be busy meeting and talking to new people, I can say there are very few he likes as much as he does Fran.

Well, from his first impression of her, he was actually really excited to meet her! She reminds him so much of his room mate back home; it was like getting to hang out with him again. Though the psychic types will always wig him out a little, it is more out of wigging at creepy stuff rather than wigging because of them. He likes to befriend the quiet types, and Hana is no exception. I guess he's just a glutton for pain.....or for being creeped out. Overall, he thinks, so far, she's a nice girl, kid of odd, but in a good way. He tends to become closer to people who have unique quirks or interesting personalities. So far, so good, but please do bug him more often! Appearing behind him randomly out of thin air is always good......I think she'd have a lot of fun scaring him. And I think Nakatsu would love to try and get her to really laugh.

Kon is a character. I could easily see them becoming good friends. Nakatsu thinks he seems like a pretty interesting guy, and I know within a few interactions he would be asking Kon to watch soccer games with him, drink soda, eat chips. Kon makes him want to do guy stuff. Nakatsu really does want/need a fairly normal guy-friend. Nakatsu would like to get to know him better and may come to seek out his friendship.
Minagawa~ Nakatsu has really taken a shine to Minagawa. He reminds him of a more self-assured version of his roommate from back home. Though Minagawa may do or say some odd things, there is very little Minagawa can do to truly scare him. He can be freaked out, but after living with a guy who sees and talks to ghosts, Minagawa isn't that intimidating. Since arriving at Camp, Minagawa has done a number of nice things for Nakatsu. Giving him a place to stay, baking that cake.....he really wants opportunities to return the favors. He wants to be helpful to Minagawa and finds him to be an interesting guy. He's always interested in what Minagawa will say next. The fact that he actually listens to Nakatsu gives Minagawa some serious points in Nakatsu's mind. He likes the fact that he'll listen to him and that he seems to have a sense of humor. He really does honestly enjoy Minagawa's company. Knowing him and his desire to be useful, he may offer his assistance in the kitchen (replacement Maki?).
Kal......he thinks you ate his pants. So he's a little bitter. But after those cute little puppy eyes were turned on him, he was able to momentarily forget that you may or may not have eaten his lucky soccer shorts.

Lunamaria~ He thinks Maria is positively adorable! In a little sister way of course! He liked her the second he met her, and was most definitely glad to have become friends with her. The fact that she is going to prank Oscar alongside Nakatsu gives her major coolness points. He thinks Maria is one of the only people who manages to be both "cute" and "cool" at the same time. He loves her positive and energetic personality and the fact that, even though she's a grown girl, she is still so naive and child-like almost.
Emilio~ Emilio irritates the hell out of Nakatsu. Though they have only met once, he got a pretty good idea as to what he was like. At the moment, in his mind, Nakatsu considers "Emilio" to be synonymous with "child molester". You can't blame him though, for Emilio was harassing a cute little cat-eared boy when they first met. It was fun for Nakatsu to get to be "the one in the right" for once. As well as to be the one doing the yelling, rather than being the one yelled at. I would love for them to meet more so that Nakatsu could try and mend Emilio's perverted ways, all the while going off on some crazy Mizuki-centered fantasy of course inspired by whatever perverted thing Emilio was doing or saying. Thank Emilio for hypocrisy.
And having saved the best for last...Rey~ Upon meeting Rey, the first thing Nakatsu wanted to do was to give him a big hug. Rey evokes in him the need to comfort and watch over him as a big brother would. Nakatsu, being himself, took these feelings to the nth degree, and decided to serve as a surrogate father. To Nakatsu, Rey is perhaps one of the most important people at camp. Though Nakatsu couldn't really tell you why, he has grown firmly attached to Rey. Speculation offers that it may be the fact that Rey gives Nakatsu the chance to take care of another person as he so loves to do. Nakatsu is all about taking care of others and being affectionate; Rey gives him the opportunity to do these things largely and often. To him, Rey is cute in a number of ways. First and foremost, Nakatsu loves Rey for being such a social retard. While Nakatsu is a retard in every other sense of the word. He thinks it's adorable how Rey doesn't understand such "simple" matters as what it means to be friends. The idea, that someone as seemingly intelligent as Rey doesn't know these things, boggles and interests him. Rey is not only cute, but interesting. Nakatsu and Rey are such different people that he could not help but be drawn to him. God, so much to write, so little space. The summary = Rey is a social retard, and this makes Nakatsu all "must take care of!" mode. Rey is endearing and different and interesting and and and......lonely. Nakatsu doesn't want Rey to be lonely and will do whatever it takes to help him~

Yuma well, she put him in a dress for god's sake. She came on really strong, but a girl needs to have a strong personality in order to survive around Nakatsu. He's gullible and easily falls for whatever she says. I can see him having a lot of fun with her, but never really admit it. He thinks she's a little weird, but it's usually the ones he thinks are weird that he ends up befriending.
Cielo.....tried to eat him. God, your characters sure like to abuse mine XD. I'm surprised he hasn't had a heart attack yet. Anyways, they both have accents, that's a plus! Cielo, aside from the almost eating him thing, seems like a pretty interesting guy. Nakatsu will need to interact with him more to form a true opinion, but at the moment, Nakatsu thinks that Cielo seems like a fun guy and wouldn't mind getting to hang with him.

oh, screw hiatus
...but Nakatsu also has these moments of maturity (like saying he would support him no matter what... I find so funny that our two characters were women at that time :D) that make Nanba honestly like him. Nakatsu is spazzy, insane, annoying and sometimes crazier than camp; but he is a heart-of-gold-idiot. He also gives Nanba a sense of normal: camp is insane, but some things just never change.
...And, OOC, I love your Nakatsu. So much.
And I agree Hime would be the mom. Absolutely.
Re: oh, screw hiatus
However, he also knows that he could run to Nanba for help, or talk to him about something important if he really needed to (though he would never admit this out loud). He seeks out Nanba because he reminds him of home and all the things that home entails. Nanba is familiar, and though Nakatsu is out going and isn't super sensitive to things people may say, he loves the fact that, with Nanba, he knows where he stands. Though he may never have been as irritated with Nanba as he was with Oscar, he still does get his feathers ruffled by him. It is a combination of what and how Nanba says things that manages to irritate him so much. As I said before, Nanba knows Nakatsu sore spots, this is why he is both irritated and comforted by him.
If Nanba needed a favor from him or someone to talk to, Nakatsu would be there in a minute. Since coming to Camp, Nakatsu's irritation with Nanba doesn't occur as much, and sometimes it is just for fun, not because of any actual irritation. Believe you me though, Nanba can and does push his buttons, but deep down he considers him a friend.

Mizumachi~ First and foremost, you get points for being an athlete! And you get points for being possibly more dense than Nakatsu~ Seriously though, Nakatsu likes Mizumachi. He thinks he's a fun, energetic guy like himself and is glad to have another person like him around. Though maybe leaving two gullible idiots alone together may lead to tons of confusion....The one thing he worries about is the fact that perhaps Mizu trusts more easily than he should. Especially when you add in the "no pants for me thnx" aspect of it. This kind of brings out Nakatsu's protective side, and by doing so, Mizumachi has managed to endear himself to Nakatsu. Nakatsu loves being able to look out for or take care of people in anyway he can. Looking out for Mizumachi's "honor" gives him another chance to do what he loves. Though maybe a closet pervert doesn't have the right to do so....He thinks Mizu is fun, upbeat, endearing, confusing, irritating, and oblivious. Just in a real cool way that makes him want to befriend him and hit him upside the head at the same time.

Well, at first Nakatsu was kind of weirded out by Brock. He thought that Brock was just a perverted pretending to be oblivious about what he was saying. Then he realized that Brock was "for reals" and began to reassess the way he viewed him. He came to realize that, like himself, Brock is fun, dramatic, energetic and weird. When Brock helped him out of that dress, asking nothing in return, not mocking him or anything....that's when he truly became attached to him and think of him as a real, and close, friend. Nakatsu cares about Brock very much and would do any number of favors for him. He thinks that Brock is a genuinely nice guy. What with how rare people like Brock are, he can truly appreciate him and his friendship. He feels comfortable talking to Brock, about anything even, because he knows Brock will listen fully and not judge him. Brock is very important to Nakatsu and I don't think anything could change that now. Seriously, he thinks Brock is just great, a super guy, a fabulous friend, and the best big brother he could ask for. Brock never fails to make him smile or lighten his mood.

First off, Nakatsu thinks Oliver is a really nice guy! From the moment he met him, he could tell Oliver was the likable sort. The fact that Oliver is an athlete made Nakatsu more apt to talk to him.
However, since meeting him, Oliver has been so nice and done so many nice things for Nakatsu. This seriously impresses Nakatsu; that a guy can be so nice to someone they barely know. He feels comfortable and relatively normal around him. It's refreshing for Nakatsu to have a chance for a normal friend. As opposed to his semi-abusive ones (they do it out of love).
Nakatsu, not wanting to scare Oliver off quite yet, and maybe trying to impress Oliver in the way he impressed him?, censors his behavior a bit and makes sure not to be too stupid or too weird around him. Maybe once Nakatsu feels more secure in their friendship he can act fully like himself.
What Nakatsu does know is that he likes talking to Oliver, that he enjoys his company and that, despite just meeting, he already considers him a good friend. He hopes that maybe Oliver feels the same and, like him, already considers them to be friends.
