In Nakatsu's mind, if you are cold, automatically he assumes you are easily irritated! And that he will irritate you. He knows he can come across a little strong, and loud, and pushy, and downright annoying, but he considers it one of his "charms". Nakatsu is a man of many misunderstandings and lets his mind run off with all these wacky explanations and scenarios. You say something? He'll find a way to interpret it completely wrong. Probably consciously for comedic effect and to get a reaction.
