Well, as you know, in the manga Nakatsu pretty much finds Oscar to be a complete annoyance whenever he comes around. However, being stuck here at Camp, which is so strange and unfamiliar, it is nice to be able to retain some form of normalacy from back home. Upon interacting with Oscar at Camp, and knowing that they are both stuck in a similar situation, he has begun to re-evaluate the way he feels about him. Though he will not stop teasing Oscar anytime soon, his annoyance with him is gradually lessening. Being stuck in this place with him, Nakatsu is slowly starting to consider Hime a friend. Everytime Oscar says or does something nice for him, or he for Oscar, Nakatsu comes to like him more. Though they won't be the "best of buds" any time soon, he is glad there are people here, like Oscar, whom he knows, if he really wanted to, he could run to.
